Position Overview We are looking for a Donations & Philanthropy Manager to develop and implement strategies for fundraising and philanthropic partnerships. You will be responsible for mobilizing financial and material resources from individual donors, corporations, and foundations to support our educational and social projects. This role requires creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and persuasive ability, in an environment where transparency and social impact are key. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a fundraising and donation strategy. - Identify and engage individual donors, corporations, and foundations. - Build and maintain long-term philanthropic partnerships. - Organize fundraising campaigns and charity events. - Ensure donor retention and relationship management. - Prepare financial reports and impact assessments for partners. - Ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Required profile

- Degree in communication, marketing, management, or international development. - Experience in fundraising, sponsorship, or strategic partnerships. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to draft compelling proposals and funding applications. - Fluency in French and good command of English. - Dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized.
