German Language Teacher (Examiner)

The Deutschzentrum KAGEDEV (DZK) is a non-profit language center created by KAGEDEV Cameroon to promote foreign language learning, particularly German, and to facilitate academic and professional mobility for young Cameroonians. We offer certified courses, preparation for international exams (telc, Goethe, TestDaF, ÖSD), and cultural programs for full immersion. Location: Rond-point Maetur Bonamoussadi, Douala Main responsibilities: - Prepare, deliver, and monitor German language classes (levels A1 to B2). - Adapt teaching methods to learners' needs and professional objectives. - Provide individual support: learning advice and personalized follow-up. - Teach German for healthcare professions up to level B2. - Advise participants and assess their progress. - Document courses and ensure pedagogical traceability. - Organize assessments and prepare students for official exams (telc, ÖSD, Goethe, TestDaF). - Perform administrative tasks related to the courses. Required profile

- Degree or ongoing studies in German Studies, pedagogy, or German language teaching. - Minimum German level: B2 (C1 preferred). - Training in German as a Foreign Language (DaF) valued. - At least 2 years of teaching experience. - Sense of responsibility, reliability, pedagogical and intercultural skills. - German language examiner's license (or commitment to obtain it within 6 months — training funded by KAGEDEV).
