Executive Assistant – Douala

In addition to its own initiatives, KAGEDEV supports local actors in Cameroon in the design, development, and implementation of educational projects, aiming to strengthen capacities and promote autonomy among communities, parents, and teachers. Position Overview After an onboarding phase, you will work closely with our CEO, assisting in strategic and operational tasks. You will act as the key liaison between top management, internal teams, and external stakeholders, with the goal of streamlining communication and optimizing the CEO's daily agenda. This role requires high autonomy, discretion, and proactivity. Key Responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, multi-time zone schedules, and business travel arrangements. - Prepare and format strategic and confidential documents. - Serve as the interface between internal teams and external partners. - Assist in project management and process improvement initiatives. - Maintain commercial contacts and track actions in the CRM system. - Verify and monitor monthly invoices and expense reports. - Organize executive meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-up). - Draft and send letters, emails, and invitations independently. - Develop dashboards for administrative and financial tracking. - Update internal documents and manage governance routines. - Advise on regulations and coordinate with local authorities. Required profile

- Higher education degree (Administration, Management, or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader. - Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Excel, CRM) and complex calendar management. - Strong sense of service, impeccable organization, and absolute discretion. - Ability to work independently with agility and proactivity.
